The Bill Brandt Archive offers a simple, and secure buying process which makes art ownership easy and accessible.

All prices up to £4,000 (including VAT) are listed on the website and works within this price range can be bought directly online.

For works that are priced above £4,000 (including VAT) we would like to offer a more personal service, and prices are available on request by contacting us by e-mail - sales@billbrandt.com

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

The Bill Brandt Archive offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. 
Any returned item is to be shipped directly to The Bill Brandt Archive.

Exclusions

  • Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom. 
  • Framed using services provided by the The Bill Brandt Archive Ltd. 
  • All sales are final after the 14-day grace period.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

If your package looks damaged upon delivery or you find damaged artwork in your shipment, call our customer service line at +4420-7792-0132 or email us at sales@billbrandt.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will give you instructions on how to handle your package. If your order is delivered with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender.If damage to your order is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may call us or contact us by e-mai and type "Damaged Order" in the Subject.

Return Process

Return Authorisation Number 

To return an item you must send an e-mail (sales@billbrandt.com) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.

Packing

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If this is not possible, use new packing materials of the same quality. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: free replacement (if applicable) or refund.

Insurance

You are responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We strongly suggest that you pay insurance on items being returned and that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking

The Bill Brandt Archive will need the tracking number in order to check the status of the return.
